Description
We launched in December 2017 as a small team with big ambitions to make beers bursting with flavour. Inspired by the outdoors and our love for adventure, we began to develop a surreal and exciting world to reflect the flavour of our beers. Hops climb mountains, barrels dwell in caves and mischievous fruits roam free.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Neat head. Nose - pungent overripe melon, maybe jack fruit. Taste - guava and more overripe melon. A bit sweet in fact. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture. The finish could be cleaner. Overall - interesting but needs more bitterness. One of these murky non bitter ipa beers that we are now getting with a session strength this time.

Keg at Fierce Bar, Aberdeen. It pours opaque jet black with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet, oily, rich layers of smoke, smoked meat, treacle, burnt toast, honey roast ham and maple. The taste is slick, bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, toasty, umami, big smoke, charred, liquorice, bonfire, peppery spice, touch of creaminess, chewy and cacao with a slick finish. Medium+ body and moderate carbonation. Rich and flavourful. Nice depth. Very nice.

Keg at Fierce Bar. It pours hazy yellow. Gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, bright, real peach character, tart, juicy, nectarine and quite clean. The taste is dry, sweet, juicy, tart, tangy, loads of real peach vibes and nectarine with a soft, sweet juicy finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Fruity, tangy and well balanced. Really nice fruit beer. Chuggable.

Can from Strait and Narrow. Wow might be the best beer I’ve had this year. Cherry and chocolate and my favourite combination and they are balanced here to perfection. Smooth body rich and very drinkable.

Can shared with jeevan. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of vanilla, oats, citrus. Taste is surprisingly bitter, orange, passionfruit, vanilla on the finish. Smooth, well-bittered, which helped me enjoy a beer I assumed would be too sweet for me!
