Ahhh. Bit earthy…. Shame as the aroma was nice. Gets a bit better but the earthiness is a killer.

0,2l on tap @ Tap & Tumbler Ebisu. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is clean malts. Flavor is clean malts with plenty of hops. Quite dry. Good.

Passific Brewing Quotidie Kolsch 4.5% I loved the Crumb inspired logo so got this golden brewed beauty with thick fluffy rocky foam. It’s got a nice perfumey floral hop bouquet with a bitter bite and crackery sweet pale malts. I find it really crisp and clean.

Tap at Craft House. Medium to deep brown. Toasty, earthy nose with some grassy hops and nuts. Light caramel and cocoa flavor, earthy and toasty. Nicely done.

Nice sourness, bit of spice and the sudachi is fun. Nice but maybe one is enough.

Nice stuff. Good saison feel, bitterness and fruitiness is maybe a bit dialled up. I like it! Little bit sparkly!

Alright, pleasant fruitiness but had that Berliner wheaty thing going on which doesn’t work for me anymore.

Very twiggy. Guess it’s got Nelson in it. Not much else to it.
