Opaque. It smells good - the pear and apple are both there. Good fruit character and rounded barrel notes. Excellent.

Murky with a sweet juicy apple aroma. Nice bit of spice to it. Bright and complex apple. Very good. Great, unique character.

Hazy light tan. Austere, tannic aroma. Light juiciness. More complex than the Michelin alone, I like this.

Hazy pale amber. Earthy apple. Decent. Off-dry. Good quality cider from Calgary.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of farmhouse funk, crisp apple skins, oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is complex, bringing out a wonderful farmhouse funk, deep caramel apples but dried out, oak, and some tannins. Wonderfully constructed. This is fantastic.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice oaky character, gentle wild yeast, red wine barrels, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is exquisite, with tons of intense Pinot noir, tannins, crisp pear skins, and some funky wild yeast to add things in. Complex, cohesive, finishing with the Pinot noir. Wonderful.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a hazy bright golden, tiny white head. Aroma has gentle funk, crisp apple skins, and a touch of wood. Flavour is bone dry, with a nice dry oak, wood, some brett, and crisp apple skins. Nice dry oakiness on the finish. Good stuff.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a mostly clear bright golden, small white head. Aroma has a strange woody character or maybe that’s the yeast? Tons of barrel and odd wild yeast I guess. Flavour is full of wood, again with the odd yeast expression, and dry apple skins. Moderate carb. Unusual elements here. Not totally sure this fully worked out but it’s not bad.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Tons of musty, grassy crab pears on the nose. Flavour has tons of musty pinot noir skins, crabby pears. Super funky and complex. This might be the best perry I've had.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025. Pours murky dull gold. Tons of aggressively funky and musty crab apples on the nose. Flavour has lots of juicy, funky crab apes, lots of must. Great complexity and funk. This is excellent.
