33cl bottle. A very dark brown beer with a big tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, mild sweet chocolate and some coffee. Taste of sweet chocolate, dark roasted malt, some lactose and vanilla. Good!

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with huge, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with cautious hints of apple, apricot, peach, a spicy touch of mint, honey and pollen overtones. Taste is bitter, herbal-spicy hoppy and minimally biscuity malty, hints of mint and eucalyptus, pale malty basis with a touch of salty cracker, very subtle honey sweetness and fruity hoppiness; minimally overcarbonated. Sadly only a very small part of the fruity hop flavours survive in taste. Nevertheless a good Pilsner.

Draught at KCBD19 as Bunthaus HopKop. Weak citric and slightly grassy aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is spicy, bready at first and has a saazer vanilla note in the finish. OK alcohol bitterness and warmth. Tastes good, but the bitterness is too astringent for me. 737314

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Heavy, earthy, resinous and grassy, hoppy aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of orange zest, additionally mint and eucalyptus. Taste is slightly sweet, caramel malty and grassy, resinous hoppy, minimally alcoholic, moderate bitterness, unspecific fruitiness, a touch of mint and eucalyptus, minimally papery finish. Somewhat clumsy, heavy-handed, un-lively.
