330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, snow white head. Grassy and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, minimally grainy, husky, pale malty background, some lemon, whiffs of protein. Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy and grassy hoppy, biscuity, pale malty basis with little residual sweetness, hints of lemon, lemongrass,. Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very refreshing - good.

Bottle picked up at Biervana, good to see Matthias after 4 years, consumed at home, 21st May 2022. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is pine and pithy citrus, with light caramel. Taste is bitter, pithy, aromatic and citrus, lingering bitterness with pith. Good

Bottle. Cloudy golden, offwhite lace. Nice peach, gooseberry, citrus aroma. Medium body, pleasant chewy fruity base - light tropics, pine, gooseberry, grassy bitterness, grapefruit skin aftertaste. Modern classic style IPA, quite lovely.

Pours to a very light yellow and completely clear with thin head disappearing down to 1mm. Bread, grass and maybe some pineapple on the nose. Slight malt up front in the mouth, then some citrus and then nothing... Too thin, no lasting flavour. Interesting non typical hops, they should have added some darker malts for more mouthfeel. Ok. I guess every German brewery has to do a pils / helles...
