75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb 24. Cheers Mike for this. Pours a hazed reddish pink (or was it pinkish red?).. pleasant aroma of gentle mixed berries, wild yeast. Flavour profile isn't massively sour, presenting a wild saison feel with soft fruity flourishes.. mixed red berries to the fore.. decent sipper, but more fruit and barrel definition would've been welcome.

Bottle at ash's. Pours black, nose is maple syrup, woody, chocolate, vanilla, taste is similar, cinnamon, sweet, little thin.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours still red to black, no real head. Aromas of maple syrup, coffee and chocolate. Taste is boozy, honey, molasses, cinnamon. Not getting the hazelnut.

Big bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - opaque black with a thin beige head. Nose - big rum and raisin number with syrup and nuts too. Some boozy wood notes at the back. Taste - maple syrup, raisins, and boozy wood. Palate - sweet and medium to full bodied. Overall - lovely stuff.

Aroma: sour berries, wood barrels, blackcurrant and pepper. Taste: wild yeast, sour berries and blackcurrant. Tart and fizzy finish. Next one please!
