(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits and traces of hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Cara-malt with biscuits and subtle fruity notes, accompanied by a delicate and herbal hop-profile; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish. A nice session beer. 01.II.13

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Delicately grainy pale malty aroma with shy traces of biscuits and a whiff of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly grainy malty base with a very discreet hoppy background, leading into a sweet and faintly bitter hoppy finish. Not bad, just a tad boring. 01.II.13

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a big and beige foamy head, slowly lacing. Toasted malty aroma with caramel, bread crusts and slightly metallic hops. Mildly sweet and bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty malty base with caramel, a touch of unfermented sugar, cacao and delicately herbal accents; sweet and slightly bitter finish with notes of caramel, chocolate in the aftertaste. A Dunkel of decent quality. 31.I.13

The color is hazy golden. The taste is malty, spicy and just a bit of fruit with the added taste of sweet caramel. It is a good exemple of a Märzen beer.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma with a touch of apple must. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, minimally grainy, has a bitter hop note, some more sweetness and a minimal spicy touch of hay in the finish.

Hazy yellow colour with large white head. Aroma is fruity with sweet taste of citrus, candy and sweet dusty finish.

Poured a yellow with white head. The aroma is skunky. Taste is fresh clean harvest with a hoppy finish.
