Bottled@PBF VIII. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which gives some lace. Aroma is quite grassy with some yeast and mild herbal and hayish notes as well. Flavour is grassy, yeasty, herbal, some mild citrus as well as some earthy notes. Not the most creative of Weissbiers.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy pale amber, rich head. Citric banana aroma. Mid sweet wtih medium body and soft mouthfeel. Gentle with ripe fruit and banana. Low bitterness. I quite enjoy the beer, butthe label raises some questions. - Did really the old recipe from the defunct brewery include hop extract? Why is hop extract needed in a hefeweien?

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of wheaty malts, hints of yeast and tartish fruits. Taste is smooth, yeasty and wheaty with hints of tartness. Finish is yeasty and smooth with some fruitness. Decent hefeweizen.

Es mag auch an der geselligen Stimmung gelegen haben in der ich dieses Bier hatte, aber es is mir äußerst erfreulich in Erinnerung geblieben. Es hat ordentliche fruchtigeAromen, die wunderbar mit den karamellmalzigen Kandiszuckeraromen harmonieren. Dazu etwas Schokotorte und Nougat mit Rosinen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
