Description

The brewing industry in Grünbach has been documented since the early 18th century with the brewing law of 1723. After an eventful history, Herman Noll took over the brewery under the name of Schloßbrauerei Grünbach. In 1990 son Alexander took over the brewery in the third generation. After the year 2000 Alexander Noll started to look for a partner in order to be able to cope with the challenges of the beer market and also recognize the potential of the brewery in order to be able to continue investing in brand revitalization and expansion together. In 2013 this partner was found in the Arco-Bräu in Moos.

Pours pale straw, a bit cloudy, with thin, diminishing off-white head.
A really solid and good Weizen :)

Pours clear gold with high-medium white head.
Just your typical Weissbier.
Medium carbonation.

0,5l, bottle.
Pours hazy amber, with a low-medium, diminishing beige head. Nose is usual Weisse with a bit of extra alcohol, taste is definitely peach and banana. Medium body, low bitterness and moderate carbonation.
Don't let it warm up!

Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden.
Big and lasting light beige head.
Opaque golden color.
Banana dominated aroma.
The taste also have banana.
Dry finish and nice wheat caracter.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear deep golden, mid sized head. Fruity, doughy nose with notes of ripe apples. Quite sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and doughy with pears and notes of cinnamon. Low bitterness.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma- Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finsh. Oily palate.
