Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a trappist glass. Opaque ruby brown colour, small creamy off-white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma sweet and roasted malt, grain, wort, caramel. Taste light light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, sweet syrup notes. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweet cloying aftertaste, brown sugar, malty notes, disappointing.

A pour from 330ml @ 🏡 Appearance: clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma: Belgian esters, sweet, malty backbone. Taste: along the same lines, honey, caramel, sweet flowers. Overall: pretty nice.

Smell-weak malt, caramel, Belgian yeast. Foam- thin, malt, sweetness, sugar, caramel. Head is medium-sized, white, disappears fast, sticks a bit. Appearance- generic bottle cap, simple label. Clear orange-amber color. Price - 2.99 euros for 0,33l From - Trappist glass Taste - malt, caramel, sweetness, sugar, Belgian yeast. Quite sweet overall, not bad Belgian.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas. Pours clear pale gold with a creamy, white crown. Moderately sweet, some artificial sugar notes, toasted cereal, a little caramel, bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, a little saccharin, more cereal, honey, bread, a hint of paper and candi sugar. Odd mouthfeel. Not great.

Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some floral and herbal hops along with mild caramel malts. Flavour is very much the elements of the aroma, but goes a bit more earthy/herbal and yeasty. Still very drinkable.

Bottle (brought home from Nice by my parents!). Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is red berries, some toasted tones, caramel and mild toffee too. Flavour is kind of toasted malts, some smoked wet wooden tones with mild red berries and some slight spiciness. Somewhat citrusy towards the finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is floral, nutty, herbal and mild wooden notes with also some not-that-sweet syrup. Flavour is floral, mild toasted tones with some wood and mild earth. Not that bad.
