Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a longlasting creamy off-white head. Sweet malty slightly yeasty caramel aroma. Also some hints of dark fruits. Sweet warming yeasty malty flavor with lots of bitterness. Hints of dark fruits and alcohol. Sweet warming malty finish with some bitterness.

Cola - Brown color. Medium-large light-brown head. Light body ,with pleasant sweetness.Fruit,nuts and butterscotch tastes, nice palte and pleasnt aftertaste. Nice one.

Pours a pretty golden color with tiny columns of rising bubbles. Thick and foamy white head with fair retention. Patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma is on the hoppy side and has a nice spiced undertone as well. Medium-bodied and spicy with hops and yeast flavors. The flavor profile is not as complex as many Belgians but it is still pretty tasty. The finish is spicy and fruity and lingers a bit. Above average overall.

Bottled at Lorry. Reddish brown with a nice beige head. Blackcurrant, sugar and dried fruits in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with berries, dried fruits, sugar and some grainy notes. Fullbodied, well-carbonated mouthfeel. The finish is sweet, with dried fruits. A nice one that maybe deserves higher scores. Rating: 6-4-6-4-14-3.4 (061120)
Bottle. Haven’t got much new to say about the pour, nose and taste, except that I found out it desveres a higher rating after all these bottles. Especially the flavor. Considering it’s ABV and effervescence, it’s very easy to drink, and if drank slowly, it goes down all night. (080226)

Bottle: poured a slightly cloudy amber-brown clour with an enormous merangue like head, thick enough to hold itself in peaks; the aroma is yeasty, and the taste starts with a floury dryness which develops into a fruity sweetness, with estery flavours of banana and pineapple; leavesa warming bitter aftertaste. Somewhat light when compared to other triples, but rather pleasant in its own way.

On draught in Italy - exact place origin of brewing not known 100% sure. Very small yellowish head over amber-red beer. Bit nutty, even some olive smell, further lots of cara(mel)malt. A hint of diacetyl, roasted & toasted main taste. Bit of parsley flavour, and loots of caramel. Medium bodied, bit spritzy, not gassy. Technically quite good, heart- and characterless, but I can understand people might fall for this.

Just had this for the first time a little bit ago. A perfectly good beer with a nice amber colour and a head that descends a little and sits there. Definately has a fruity taste, which I initially thought to be banana and most here agree, so I’ll go with that. Nice finish that doesn’t leave an aftertaste. Easy to drink with a nice palate.

Nice fizzy head, that screams drink me or at least play with the foam. This beer is proof that corn in beer can be a good thing. A rather sweet beer overall, some fruity flavours, but not nearly as much as some over Belgian beers. Beer goes down like cream rather than water. Real, manly beer this is. However, I wouldn’t take it over virtually any other beer of the same genre simply because this one is so widely available. If you haven’t tried this yet, obviously no effort was put into it as this beer can be found everywhere, even in Costa Rica.
