Description

Draft. Translucent gold in color with fluffy, white head. There’s not a lot of complexity to the nose or flavor, but it is an enjoyable blond ale. Aroma of yeast with fruity citrus notes that lean toward apricot. The flavor is sweet with a light hint of clove. Pleasant mouthfeel and moderate finish.

Bottled, 33cl. Clear, golden beer with a dense, white, lasting head. Candi-sweet aroma with some banana and spice. The flavor is weak, with candi-sugar sweetness, banana and hops. Too sweet on the palate. Ok finish. (060508)

Poured a murky golden amber, with a white head. Aroma was that of fruit maybe an orange or citrus type. Taste was a bitter fruit with spicy zest.
