330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally bready, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, minimally fruity hoppy aroma, notes of honey, preserved yellow stone fruit, hints of pineapple, candied pineapple, some baked banana, caramel, a touch of wheat crisp bread, whiffs of clove Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, mildly bitter, fruity hoppy and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy, hints of honey and preserved yellow stone fruit again, a touch of pineapple, banana, clove, caramel.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Quite sweet and fruity with some less common fruit flavours - meh!

Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, roast, liquorice, dark fruit, toffee, brown sugar, spicy notes, warming alcohol. Medium body, cloying oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth malty sweetbitter aftertaste, rich brew, good.

Cloudy amber with a foamy head. Mustard seeds, clove, smoked ham, caramel, metal. Dry metallic bitterness, malty sweetness, slightly spicy and umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty smoky mustard finish. Indeed, quite harmonious, the mustard aroma pairs well with the smoky umami-ness of this Bock. Certainly not for everyone.

Mahagoni reddish with light caramel head. Aroma is caramel cinnamon date melasses deep and complex. Taste is light sour grape qith boozy caramel and slightly bitter hops. Heavy and a bit fresh from the sourness. Aroma is the best. But still quite good.

Bottle from Bierkiste. Weird waxy lime and chili nose. Pours hazy amber, low offwhite head. Full sweet base, sticky lime lemonade, chili burn attached, thats it. Fun, but can’t enjoy a whole bottle of this.

Clear darker brown. Aroma is light cocoa light herbal hops some faint caramel. Taste is light sweet, light sour. Very watery. Small finish with some cocoa. Very weak. First disappointment of MBM in a long time.
