Description
Hinter dem Munich Brew Mafia stehen zwei kreative Köpfe, die ihr Handwerk gelernt haben. Als Diplombraumeister und Bier-Sommerlier hat Dario Stieren das Wissen und die Leidenschaft. Da steht ihm sein Geschäftspartner Niklas Zerhoch um nichts nach. Zusammen brechen sie mit Bierkonventionen und ihre Interpretationen eines Craft Beer nehmen eine Reise um die Welt. Technisch ausgefeilt und mit viel Herz für das Brauen gehen sie immer neue Wege und setzen Akzente in der wachsenden Craft Beer Szene. Deshalb sollte man diese zwei jungen ""Mafia"" Paten aus München unbedingt im Auge behalten und sich die ein oder andere Schöpfung von ihnen kaufen. Immer nur so lange der Vorrat reicht - deshalb schnell zuschlagen und genießen.

Bottle 0.33l, shared with Hrabren. Amber body, slightly hazy, white head. Orange candy and herbal hoppy notes in the oxidized aroma, soft floral notes. Similar taste. Holding up okay, raising the score slightly as it ain't young no more.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko at Ambasada, Zagreb. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, citrus, lemony, also cardboard. Intense fruity, soapy. Tart, slightly astringent. Light body, creamy, flat, light bitterness.

0.5l bottle (that's novel for the style) from Ambasada. Shared with Fil and Ryan. Black-brown body, off-white head. Nutty, floral, bit soapy aroma, raisins, pleasant. Lean, dry taste, cocoa, milk chocolate, quite creamy with light alcohol. This is a pretty good one, have to say, nice!

330 ml bottle. Cloudy orange. Grapefruit zest, salt, lactic acid, sour white wine, bitter orange. Dry acidic sourness, salty, zesty bitterness. Light bodied, milky texture, soft carbonated, sour salty zesty bitter finish. Despite this is an extreme beer, it’s well made and surprisingly balanced and drinkable.
