Gold with a frothy, white head that lingers. Vaguely floral aroma with a hint of lemon peel. Taste is moderate bitter, dry, herbal, with a bit of redeeming tartness at the end. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Pretty decent for the style, but the style is not my thing.

Flaska från Glasbanken. Aningen disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av hö, gräs och örter. Mjuk och rund kropp, men krispig, harzig ädelhumle, örter, gräs, aningen fruktig med lite druva och citrus. Riktigt trevlig.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma a mix of dankness, tropical bouquet, and lemon peel. Nice sniffing, although more interesting than enticing. Taste is mildly bitter with a chalky, mineralized note that grows at the end. Lingering spice. Body is medium with decent chewiness given the style. Grows on you.

Bottle. Deep brown with a large pale beige head. Aroma of brown bread, light autumnal fruit, herbs. Sweetish and brown bread malty with less fruity than suggested by the aroma and stronger than expected bitterness. Pleasant enough.

Bottle. Misted gold with a good inch of dense white head that lasts well. Aroma of crackers, lemon, the meadow. Dryish but there's bread, biscuit and crackers in the briefly mouthfilling malt (& a mere touch of butter, less than in das Helle) before grass, spices and a little citrus at the fairly bitter end. Good wholesome stuff.

Süffiger, dunkel hopfiger Beginn. Exotische Fruchtnoten ohne starke Süße, zunehmende Herbe von geringem Level aus. Spritzig, leicht bitter, mittellanger Abgang mit Heunoten. Gut! 10/11/12/10/11/12

Bottle. Deep gold with a good inch of white head that lasts pretty well. Light biscuity aroma with hints of butterscotch, some flowers and spices. Briefly rich with a lick of butterscotch (not a bad thing) before modest but spicy bitterness at the end. The bitterness creeps up after a while. Characterful.
