Tap at Bierkiste. Hazy amber, white to eggshell lace. Medium body, soft chewy, light brioche. Mellow stonefruit marmelade, a hint tropics, soft, pleasant.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before April 2021. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel and pineapple. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral taste of dough, some banana, light lemon peel and a touch of pineapple, followed by a short, minimally bitter, just a little worty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Well done NA Weizen, not really typical but pleasantly fruity-floral.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a lacing, beige head. Subtle roasty nose, even a hint of tobacco. Medium body, subtle roast, burned caramel, nuts and licorice. Subdued hops though. But a solid and complex Dunkel. 040820

Tap at Frisches Bier. Clear golden body, white head. Classic appearance. White wine-like fruity hoppy aroma. Same, sweetish taste, white grapes, lean clean and drinkable. A modern, good hoppy lager rather than a pils as such, but a beer I'd gladly have again.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Seems darker golden than it's predesessors, creamy offwhite head. Chewy dry spicy body. Grainy nose which carries over, hay, light rural, grassy, fairly spicy hops, light smoky spicy sensibilities retronasal.

500ml bottle. Hazy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral and fruity yeasty, slightly citrusy hopp and wheaty malty aroma, diluted hints of wheat, some lemon, pear, a touch of viola. Taste is minimally sugary sweet, floral and doughy yeasty, minimally wheaty, slightly citrusy hoppy, diluted hints of pear, banana, some lemon, a touch of viola. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, minimally prickly carbonation. Nice composition, sadly too sugary sweet in taste.

Bottle picked up from, Bierhandwerk Webshop, Nr Freising and consumed at home, Attenkirchen, Monday 18th May 2020, we have Sauteed Pork with Peas and Leeks for tea tonight listening to Craig Charles on 6Music (still standing in for Steve Lamaq). Pours hazy lemon colour with a large white head. Very soft mouthfeel, it tastes ok but there is no denying that it is clearly alcohol free. Aroma light maltiness and wheat, also a little pond water, but not unlikeable (*I tend to pick this pond water aroma up from time to time but still haven't worked out why). It's ok, however banana, yeast, hops are not things that I note on either aroma of in the mouth. It's okay but not entirely my thing.
