Tap at Frisches Bier. Light murky golden, offwhite lace. Light passion fruit aroma. Medium light tropical base, nice passion fruit and canned peaches, good balance, clean finish.

Best before 30.10.2018. 330 ml bottle. Pours unclear chocolate brown, minimal foamy head. Cocoa, mild coffee, some subtle lemon and hoppy notes, caramel and malts. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, watery oily texture, low carbonated, dry malty finish. Not a Stout, more a coffee-flavoured Brown Ale. Drinkable.

Short 0,33 l bottle from Beer Supreme, Oldenburg. Nearly clear pale golden with a more than two finger head in the glass. Hoppy citrus smell. Taste starts with a hop bitterness and present intensive citrus. Less citrus and more grainy with bitterness in the second part. Interesting but not typical interpretation of a German Pilsener.

Stark hopfiger, weich herber Beginn. Deutlich bitter, passend zur fruchtigen Hopfigkeit. Spritzig, vollmundig, stark hopfig bleibend. Langer hopfig-bitterer Nachhall, etwas Ananas. 9/11/11/11//11

Not sure if this is a typical Helles. Quote malty, sweet and a öittle fruity. Little more of a Märzen.

Bottle from Biervana. Nice head on a golden yellow pils. Lightly fruity, earthy aroma. Dry flavor, grass/hay with lightly tropical and citrus notes. I like it more than your average pils! Still has the dry bitter aftertaste characteristic of the style.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of melon, honeydew melon, hints of lemon tea, a spicy touch of hay. Taste is slightly bitter and grassy hoppy, spicy hints of hay, rather neutral, pale malty basis. Nothing the world was waiting for.

Bottle at home from Biervana, 1st December 18. Pours a hazy straw colour. Aroma is light floral, fresh grass and straw. Taste is bitter, floral, yeast, so fresh and very refreshing, grainy bitter finish. Excellent pils.
