bottle, Gruß nach Bochum! Clear deep golden yellow with a small white head. Promising fruity hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, good malty base delivering delicious fruity hops, hints of kiwi, ananas and some citrusy hints. The best of both worlds - a classic and solid Helles combined with fancy aromatic hops makes ein großartiges Bier, as the label correctly states.

Bottle. Chestnut/red in colour, with next to no head. Sweet brown sugar and red berry aroma. Flavour was deep, rich and very sweet, with plenty more sugar and a gentle finish. A bit one dimensional.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours clear dark brown with a thick off-white head. Aromas of malt and toffee. Taste is sweet, malty, light milk chocolate. Dry finish.
