On tap at Paulaner Brauhaus, Kapuziner Str. München, Friday 31st October 2025 in the company of Jonas, Ursula, Sean and Heidi. Pours reddish/amber with an off white head, there's a little bit of haze, probably chill haze. Nice soft mouthfeel, there's just a little bit of bitterness, a touch of malt, jolly nice beer.

Personally, it was not my best keller beer, too rough and metalic, not aromatic, dry, the hop is not aromatic, personally, I prefer the münchner hell version, 17.05.20, purchased at the Freiburg am Breisgau, train station, tasting it at Epalinges.

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is stonefruit, forest floor, toasted malts, cheesecake, peach, a bit yeast. Taste is the same, big yeasty body, bitter finish. Medium carbonation, soft enough mouthfeel. Unfiltered westcoasty, like all German IPAs used to be, but not bad.
