Bottle: Very slightly hazy, golden coloured, thin foamy layer; citrousy, also worty/grainy nose with a faint touch of aromatic (!) hops; slightly sweet, but also slightly bitter flavour with a light acidity; short, grainy, sweetish-sourish finish. Who really likes Radler ? But if my physician would me allow only this style, the Lammsbräu Radler would be my favourite drink ;-).........

0.33l bottle courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!) This poured a typical weizen murky dark orange colour. Medium white head, went away fast. The nose was quite impressive. Heavy banana and yeast nose, dominated by a pronounced, and somehow odd clove note (got to be because of spelt). This has a lot of character, though, I’m not sure if I like it much. This odd, heavy, clove spiciness mingles with some overripe bananas, with just a hint of tobacco ash. Surprisingly enough, not that refreshing. An interesting beer, no doubt about it, though I doubt I’d have it again.
