Can from the brewery in Westfield. Virtually opaque, dark brown, thin head with good persistence, no lacing. Aroma is caramel, baked bread, wheat. Taste is wheat, baked bread, mild chocolate. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and earthy finish as taste. This is half of what was advertised but missing the banana and clove that would have made this exceptional. Not terrible as a beer but disappointing. Proper yeast strain?

16 oz. can. shared by Tfontana on the share! Aroma is light earthy chocolate, mild caramel. I can’t find the Germany strain any place. Not aroma or flavor. I don’t find banana or bubblegum. Maybe use Weihenstephaner yeast?? Or a actual German yeast strain.
