Draught at the brewery, 4/28/18.
Light-to-moderately hazy with a very pale, straw-brass golden color and firm, white head atop.
Juicy and bright with tons of wine, mineral and spice. Bare cracker sits behind, taking nothing from the hops, while fruity and slightly mineral-heavy yeast adds a rustic character.
In the mouth it's dry, snappy and bright with plentiful fruit and juice flavors comprised mainly of yellow/tropical fruits. Lime, kiwi, passion, pineapple and nectarine all get juicier and juicier as it warms. Excellent attenuation, soft texture with a good graininess to keep it even more drinkable. No resin or flaw and tight, engaging carbonation.

Borderline soupy, bright, canary-maize-golden with a large, white head atop showing strong retention.
Bright lemon, papaya, lime and other bright citrus fruits are packed in the nose, with clean biscuit and cracker underneath and no dough, resin, pine or alcohol.
Juicy and soft with plentiful biscuity malt character, it shows strong lemon-lime, orange juice and light pineapple-mango. Clean and with little/no resin. Tight carbonation and great attenuation. Was quite impressed with this tiny brewery.

Draught at the brewery, 4/28/18.
Clear yet glassy, auburn-chestnut with a small, beige head showing moderately-low retention.
Some bread and moderate other specialty malt character sits alongside spicy, peppery, earthy hops and clean, fruity yeast notes. Some buttercream-like character created from the base and specialty malt interplay seems appropriate to style. No flaw or alcohol noted.
In the flavor, it's dry, with both soft and harder textures as both specialty malt and base malt have quite a bit of effect. Bread, pretzel, sourdough mix with caramel, honey and whitebread. Red fruits, earth and pepper balance nicely and it's clean and crisp on the finish.

Gently hazy, copper-peach-golden with a small, white head showing modest retention.
Fruity and lightly juicy in the nose with firm biscuit and cracker leading to a leafy, spicy, fruity, clean finish. No resin or alcohol. Tons of peach, nectarine, pineapple and red grapefruit. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's malty and soft, with great attenuation and strong cracker and biscuit lending additional pleasant textures. Tight carbonation, albeit low, with no resin or alcohol. Yellow fruits galore with just enough juiciness to satisfy, yet snappy bitterness on the end, as well.

From notes. Pours a brown from a tap, light chocolate aroma, but lots of chocolate malt notes, thin. Good beer.
