16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear copper golden with a ½ inch white head that falls slowly with splotchy lace. The aroma is cracker malt and soft malt sweetness. The taste is cracker malt, some leafy grass, floral and finishes with mineral. The palate is light to medium bodied, with soft carbonation and the mineral finish.
