32 oz crowler filled at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri 5 days previous to consumption. The pour is a mostly clear golden yellow with a very white one inch foamy head that has great retention. The aroma is super fresh with inviting cereal grain, along with a touch of earth, spiciness and mineral. The taste is a crisp clean cereal cracker malt, with a hint of toast and finishes dry with the earth and mineral. The palate is light to medium bodied unfiltered mouth feel, spritzy carbonation and a beautiful lingering mineral finish. Crazy drinkable, bursting fresh and so up my alley.
