Aromas are a very nice blend of citrus, resin, malt, MJ, kiwi, melon. Flavors are similar to nose. Bittersweet up front going towards more bitter and then bittersweet in the finish. Good body and excellent carbonation. Tasty beer.

Half pour draft in a Kolsch type glass at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is fresh hop, resin, hint of onion, body odor and then tropical fruits. The taste is the resin onion up front, quickly followed by bright tropical grapefruit and finishes crisp and dry with more of the resin. The palate is medium to light bodies, active carbonation level and the crisp resin and softly mineral finish. Nice one.

Half pour draft in a Kolsch type glass at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear pale golden with a nice small white head and visible carbonation bubbles. The aroma is crisp fresh cereal malt, hint of rice and soft sweetness. The taste is crisp and fresh with the cereal malt, bright rice character and a bit of mineral towards the back. Very fresh. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the crisp cereal malt and mineral finish. Quite tasty.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is grain and malt. Flavor is a bit more of a rich pils bready malt. Finish is more of the malt left on the tongue. Minimal hops. A more malt heavy light lager.

Sampled from the tap at Churchkey. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a strong herbal and lemongrass note with a straw note backing. Flavor has strong herbal note with grass, leaves and hay backing.

Draft Willebecher glass at Hank's Garage and Grill in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear lighter golden with a limited white foam head that falls quickly. The aroma is a faint perfume, floral and cereal malt. The taste is soft perfume floral, cereal malt, malt sweetness, all with nice integration of flavors. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a grassy floral, soft mineral, dry finish.

Sample at the roost pours a clear gold with some cloudy white head. Really good nose. Malt and grass, nice jasmine and minty. Flavor is simple grist, jasmine and herbs and dried grasses. New world hops. Simple. Medium bodied.

Tulip at the roost pours a clear gold, starbright, creamy white head. Nose has simple grist, peppery and lemony hop, lightly sweet. Flavor is even more continental with a very basic grain bill and oily, peppery, herbal European hops all over. Slick, oily, tannic finish.
