Pour is a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is sugar and molasses with a bit of dark fruit. Flavor is likewise. Lots of dark fruit with a large sweetness. I did not get much from the foeder and this was a bit to sweet but it was a decent tasting dopplebock.

Pour is a nearly clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is white wine with some herbal mustyness. Flavor is very brett estery with a little tartness and a more vinous tart finish. Nice saison with an ever so light brett essence.

Pour is a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is a basic bready malt. FLavor is again a basic bready malt with a thin body. The foeder added nothing. Way thin and a bit watery but something to drink on a warm Sunday afternoon outside.

Alright, but this is a rice lager. Some bitterness. Decently crisp. Pours golden with OK head. Tap at Snally.
