Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate sour. Moderate body, oily mouthfeel, average carbonation.

Tap from the Fermenter, at Cider Hole, Sheffield. Orange colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is juicy apple, fruity, bittersweet, some slight mellow funk and light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Tap from the fermenter, at Cider Hole, Sheffield. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, slight funk hint, tangy and mellow acidic notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable

Tap from the fermenter, at Cider Hole, Sheffield. Hazy pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of apple, mucky hint. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, some core, tangy, sourish, with citric acidity. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
