Draught from the fermenter at the Cider Hole, Sheffield. Pale gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is dry apple, fruity, earthy, funk, bittersweet with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, tart fruity, green apple, fleshy, with a pineapple hint and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle picked up at SMOD. Soft haze on a green tinged straw colour. Nose has sweaty socks. Hot rubber. Wet cardboard. Taste is dry and lightly tart. Bit of sweetness. Flabby on the palate with no carbonation. Light tart finish.
