Good can that I have tried yesterday, at home with a almost full day of rain. At night, it was a classical one, dry, malty, tart but it was not rough and rather smooth at the palate for the style, fruity, classical and discreet hop, refreshing, 03.11.23, at Epalinges.

Best before 07/23, time to open this can on friday, before the dinner, holidays time. A correct and a bit rough sour beer, dry, mineral, bitter, sour with flavour of cucumber at the final, discreet touch of melon, at the final, 11.03.24.

Best before 06/2023, trying this can that I have found in Germany at february. This sour beer was a bit rough for me, even though it was ok, you have better options for someone discovering the world of sojr beers, this one is mineral, dry, passion fruit, 08.09.23, at Epalinges.

Thanks Dwayne!
Can poured into a snifter.
Appearance: dark brown color with a small cap of a little white semi-foamy head which dissipated and barely left any lace
Aroma: smells pretty spot on to be German chocolate cake - the coconut, the pecans and the Baker's chocolate meshing in very nice and sweet, subtle roasty tones underneath
Flavor: once again - the German chocolate cake - sweet and nutty; mild aftertaste of the chocolate and coconut
Texture: between light and medium bodied, between being a sipper and somewhat sessionable; finishes with the chocolate and coconut
Overall: nicely done pastry stout being a German chocolate cake stout in which I believe this brewery did!

Can. I have to ask the question. Why can't we make other beers besides IPAs. Anyway, another one. It looks, tastes and smells like an IPA
