On tap at Matifest Taproom, Berlin. Shared with Schieder and Fates11. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Earthy and harsh grassy flavours at first. Lightly hoppy, citrusy and grainy aromas follow. Lightly herbal, floral and grassy flavour. Grainy background. Boring. Light body, soft carbonation, smooth texture.

Can from Sulzberger Bierhaus. Cloudy golden. Nose is sour sweet, stone fruit. Taste is mostly sour, then gummy bears sweetness. Alright, I guess. Bonus point for kitten on the can.

Can. Hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is rose pedals, all the funk, vineous, tart. Taste is leather, rose pedals again, very sour, mouth-puckering. Oily mouthfeel, lowish carbonation. Very sour, a bit too much.

Single pounder from Appalachian. Pint glass @home. Hazy orange-amber-brown pour, creamer head. Heavy ginger & cinnamon, pie crust, calcium. Really sweet & cake-y, ginger forward, grainy crust, sharp cinnamon, leafy bitterness, but not enough. Not terrible, just too rich & difficult.
