Description
We are a small blendery operation located at The Grainworks in Hertfordshire, UK. Our focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in traditional vessels such as oak barrels.
The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Bottle, split at the Hazlemere Movember and chops tasting, thanks to LKS 12/11/21. Cherry red with a good sized crimson head that stays for the show. Nose is sharp cherries, hay bale, funk, light perfume, berry pips, cherry stones. Taste comprises cherry skins, funk, grass, herb, berry fruit compote. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow tang. Decent.

Bottle shared at Beer Merchants Tap. Pours unclear gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Not bad, lightly sweet, a first thereโs a touch of grassy plastic but it subsides, has a little tart plum, lemony bite, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart finish, soft dryness, mellow tart plum, further citric tang, a little wood, melon. Nice depth. Very good overall, close to being really, really good.
