Description
We are a Cooperative Brewery in Belfast owned and run by our members. Opening our doors in 2014, we are the first brewery in NI to bring together modern US styles with the more traditional Belgian/French style beers.

They’ve been leading the way in their native Northern Ireland, specialising in excessively hoppy Pale Ales, decadent Stouts and barrel-aged Sours and Saisons. Utilising the legendary Simpson’s Malt, a broad variety of American hops and all yeasts great and small Boundary beer is always of the highest quality, full of exciting flavours and packaged in beautiful cans.

On tap. Pours a very dark ruby color with short head. Aromas of dull trail mix fruit, sweet caramel and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with possibly some chocolate. A bit watery but no hint of the ABV. Disappointing based on the reviews.

440ml can. Mostly clear golden, light haze and some sediment, big white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, some marmalade and pine. Taste of citrus, orange, grapefruit, resin, marmalade, some pine, sweet malts, mild bitterness. Medium bodied. It's ok but but pretty tame for a westie especially in the bitterness department.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Cheers Jeremy for this. Pale misty yellow pour with a large white head. Nice enough low-strength pale.. fresh and quaffy.. soft citrussy air with a subtle bitter nibble.

29th April 2024; Monthly Beer Share in Chez Sophie (Shrewsbury), five guys and loads of beer! 440ml can from KWM Wines and brought by me; BB 12th November 2024. Cloudy pale yellow, white pillow. Lemony citrus aroma and taste, OK for a weak ABV pale ale.

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a pale yellow, largely clear, good white head. Got the impression this was a bananery beer, from the name and collaboration. No idea what Banana Block is but seems it's nothing to do with bananas. Aroma of lager malt. Nicely balanced lager sweetness to taste, medium to light bodied, gentle bitter close. Decent pale lager.
