Description
We are a Cooperative Brewery in Belfast owned and run by our members. Opening our doors in 2014, we are the first brewery in NI to bring together modern US styles with the more traditional Belgian/French style beers.

They’ve been leading the way in their native Northern Ireland, specialising in excessively hoppy Pale Ales, decadent Stouts and barrel-aged Sours and Saisons. Utilising the legendary Simpson’s Malt, a broad variety of American hops and all yeasts great and small Boundary beer is always of the highest quality, full of exciting flavours and packaged in beautiful cans.

Bottle thanks to Steve at the 2016 Cotteridge Convention. It pours cloudy deep red-brown with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is tangy fruits, vanilla, cola cubes, blood orange, red cola, rather floral, damnso0n, rose and Turkish Delight. The taste is big on the floral front, rosehip, damson, tangy plum, earth, Turkish Delight, rose, cranberry and a touch of citrus. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting, complex and rather tasty. Good stuff.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Many thanks to Steve for this one. Pours hazy amber-red with a creamy topping. The nose holds aggressive perfume, flowers, Turkish delight. Light sweet flavour with heavy, overbearing perfume, botanicals, light leafy hops. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. More hearty botanical character on the finish, perfume. This was a bit of a slog. Far too heavy on the ’botanical’ character.

Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy and soft, mild fine carbonation. Smooth creamy malts, trace of caramel. Very mild floralness in to ripe fruit. Super light bitterness in the smooth semi dry finish. Hop light but smooth and drinkable.
