Tap at koht. Pours golden with fluffy white head. Aroma is sour, lacto, lemon. Flavor is sour and salty, lacto, rhubarb, lemon, passion. Draft @ La Fira de Poblenou, Barcelona. Ambrée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez bien marqué par le seigle sans être surfait, le tout sur une petite note de levure, retrouve un bouquet plaisant de houblons dont un bel effet herbacé et effet houblons fermentés. Palais est épais avec une petite pointe épicée du seigle, sur les houblons, je retrouve les grands classiques US dont le Chinook et Amarillo. Petit résineux sur la fin avec un fini agrumes et finement herbacé.
