12 oz. bottle thanks T.J! Crystal clear gold, some lasting head retention. Aroma is mild troical fruit, mango, papaya, sweet malts.
The flavor has a good amount of tropical fruit throughout the entire sip. Also a substainal note of pine and some light danky hint. Bitterness is rather subsantial but still has a mild balance (decent malt bill). Bright hop profile. All things considered this is really nice.

Growler share courtesy of SHIG. No surprise it’s a Dubbel. Thanks Shawn. It pours with a mahogany colored body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet molasses and then pure date notes that are spicy and earthy and dark fruity with a bit of earthy molasses nuanced malts in the background. The taste delivers yummy dates, a little fig-y, some smooth sweet molasses and then kind of a yeasty spiciness that blends into the date like earthy spicy notes. It ends on the thin side with the addition of a mineral like sensation. Pretty solid Dubbel.

Tap @Redlight Redlight, Orlando, FL
Opaque black color, good creamy brownish head. Coffee beans and licorice in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Flavor has sweet licorice and then some ash in the finish. Easy-going porter.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma is nice and salty with some lemon and hints of funk. The flavor has medium tartness with some bread and salt. A bit on the sweet side for the style. Wheat bread in the finish. Nice. Not quite tart enough and a little sweet.
