5oz pour in The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 27th July 2023. Very pale blonde body, crystal clear and bright, fast fading white head. Refreshing and thirst quenching, not much going on aroma or flavour wise, bit like a Kolsch.

US pint on-tap at Project Social on 14th July 2023. Clean golden body, white crown. Piney nose with a light citrus undertone, taste also resinous pine and mild citrus hoppiness, mini-malt action for a trace of sweetness, but this is all about the hops really.

Can from Gourmet Haus. Pours a hazy straw color with small white head. Guava, melon and stone fruit. A really flavorful and hoppy pale ale. Lacking much malt backbone, this is a bit like a session IPA. Really nice.

Clear yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity touch, tropical fruits, lychee, orange peel, malty backbone, a bit floral, slightly soapy, some roses and rose water, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter and dry start, good, that’s how an IPA should be! Pretty piny and resinous bitterness, slightly fruity, not much though, pretty straightforward beer. Aftertaste: very bitter, a bit alcoholic, dry and bitter finish.

Pale amber with a slight haze. Thin head. Ok, this smells like leek soup, if the leeks had a decent char on them and were complemented with a sofrito, deglazed with shaoxing wine. Not that cheap crap from the grocery store, the good stuff from the liquor store. On the palate it's got more mosaic than a Roman villa, and a clean bready pale malt. But that malt does take it to a better level, because it's got this weird thing where it has more complexity than it should but it doesn't help much because the mosaic is overwhelming, and I'm not even a mosaic-hater.

Can. Pours hazy golden yellow with a small bubbly white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma Is happy nice citrus notes a bit dank Passion fruit mango. Some grains in the background. Flavor is light sweet light plus bitter strong tropical hot notes. Medium body. This is really more of an IPL but it's a d*** good one.
