Tao at Gourmet Haus. Pours turbid honeycomb with small whit e head. Tropical fruit aroma. Flavor is yeasty and tropical fruits. Moderate gritty dirt floor.

Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and lemon flavor with tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and lemon linger with tropical fruit.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold colored body that supports a nice bright white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The mild aroma offers up subtle malts, lemon and lime hoppiness and then a mineral sensation. The taste delivers near prickly bouncy notes of herbal to lemon to mineral like hop notes followed by a slight apple to pear like sweet fruity ester sensation. It ends nice and dry. Clean as fuck.
