Description
No Bøllshit, just craftbeer!
Note: Initially a bierfirma located at Francis De Meeuslaan 24, 9990 Mardegem, East Flanders..

Pours black, very big offwhite head. Scent is roasty, chocolate, bit of earthy hops. Taste is full, roasty and chocolate, medium bitter. Hops are earthy, vegetal, green and raw. Works smoothly together. After rading the previous comment, i conclude to either have other preferences, or this is a new (better) batch as this does have the desired BIPA balance little beers in the style tend to have. Medium body, smooth, medium high carbo.

21/VII/24 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ Bouvier’s place, BB: II/2026, P456 (2024-556)
Pretty cloudy light orange blond beer, big aery fluffy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit yeasty, malty, sweet impression, a little fruity, grains. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish, lemony touch, hoppy, grassy, dry, pretty bitter, some yeast. Aftertaste: more yeast, a hint of banana, some citrus notes, a bit grassy, hoppy, ok, very bitter finish, a bit soapy, floral touch. Not bad, not great either.

Fulminant gushing to a lot of yellowish foam, very persistent at that, and not much (hazy) orange beer. Hops from far off, despite the towering head; amandine, rosewater, faint wild yeasts. Bitterish-fruity with again this rosewater/amandine flavour. Bitterness is a tad sharp, however. Preserved orangepeel, kumquat. Light body if quite slick, oily. Obviously overcarbonated. Not bad, but somebody ought to take care of the carbonation.

5/V/24 - 33cl bottle @ Toer de Geuze bus ride, BB: 10/II/26 (2024-268) Thanks to Niels for sharing the bottle!
Pretty cloudy blond orange beer, creamy off-white head, stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, sweet impression, a bit fruity, some apples, yeasty. Where’s the rauch? MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, very malty, grains, a little bitter, grassy touch, very yeasty. Aftertaste: grains, bitter, spicy, very malty, ok but not really smoky?

Gushing to huge, dense, lightly yellowish whipped eggwhite-like head over well-carbonated, fully hazy yellow beer. Wood, spices (rosemary?), (dried) pineneedles, hopoil. Quite bitter. Bit oxydized hops. Dull bitterness, herbal, almost pharmaceutical, earthy. Medium bodied, very slick, almost overcarbonated. Earthiness keeps hanging around. Bit weird taste, undefined.

Small cream-tan head over opaque dark-brown beer. Bit of tobacco, wet paper, wet straw, faint hopoil. Rather sweet (certainly for an IPA), orange, orangepeel, black grains, dried leaves. Hints at hopoil. Rather well-bodied, slick, well carbonated. Not half dry enough for a black IPA; despite its apparent high IBU, it sorely misses lupulin.
