On tap at Irrational, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a wonderful NZ hop tang, plenty of dankness, and very minor hopburn. Flavour is a bit muddled, with some hop tang, muddled earthiness, and a soft citric character. Much better hop aromatics than flavour expression but still good. Solid.

On tap at Irrational, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has estery notes upfront, along with gentle peppercorns and a touch of the pineapple. Flavour is rather faded, with very gentle peppercorn and light rustic character. Pretty dull expression, with no pineapple and improperly expressed saison yeast. Not too impressive.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nose is full of hops; dank, pine, melon. Flavour has lots of dirty dank oils up front, some bittering pine, and some citrus peels. Hop expression is great, but feels a bit dirty. Still great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Gentle saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has a flat saison yeast character, grainy malts. Yeast expression is weak and the adjuncts aren't coming through at all. Not great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Tons of tangy NZ hops and bright citrus zest on the nose. Flavour has more of the citrus zest with the tangier hop notes taking the background. The yeast leaves the flavour profile very muddled though; this would have been better as a West Coast.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, orange, strawberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, grapefruit, papaya, passion fruit, mango, grass and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and crushable.
