Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.
We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

Mad peaches as always, and perfect carb, but with an extra dry finish unlike previous years. Not bad but not stellar. Got another bottle of it was a one-off though!

Tons of blueberry, mild funk tartness. Not really lambic, but good wild ale. Horse blanket notes, lots of hay.

Quite nice. I'll have to hit this place up next time I'm in Pompano finally. Golden hazy orange pour with decent head. Pineapple and passionfruit. Tap at Savor.

Didn't have high expectations for red vermouth but it works so well here. Perfect carb as always + delicious sweet berry grape notes upfront with a tangy finish. A bit more sourness from odd breed than I'd expect but should age super well. Some acidty too
