About
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.

We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Cloudy golden, small white head. Fruity, citrus, lime, some funk, barrel, agave, touch of tequila. Juicy. Nice refreshing sourness and yet it had certain complexity to it.

That’s gooood. Clean, dry, light, with a citrusy zest and a bit of funk. Perfect name for this.

Great stuff! Tons of oak, lots of dark fruit vibes. This is a three-part blend very well done, though I’m not sure how much wild Tripel I got. Last night.

Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours slightly hazy dull gold. Apple, Sauvignon blanc, peach skin, light white wine vinegar tartness, good funk, bright zesty lime and gooseberry, light grain, clean bright finish. Light spritzy body. Excellent.

10/26/20, I forgot about my odd breed glass. Lots of lots of ripe peaches upfront with a dry hop finish. Yummy!

375ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice tart funky citrus zest some spice and plenty oak barrel. Taste is more of the nice tart funky sour notes citrus zest and more of the barrel.
