Description
What started as a passion project for the founder, Chris, became an actual business in 2018 when he opened the Crossroads Brewery in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Small and independent, the meadery is big on flavour and locally sourced ingredients.

Sample at makers stall, Darlington Craft Market 30Apr2022. Pale pinkish orange colour, no head and aroma of honey, blueberry, hint of wood barrel. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, fruity with blueberry notes and some oak barrel hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering medium-sweet blueberry finish. Nicely sippable.
