375 ml slim bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.5%. Deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider, hints of oak, caramel and honey. Very sweet flavour, with the same elements as the aroma.

Bottle, 75cl. Clear pinkish golden, almost still. Some raspberry in the aroma, mostly fresh apple juice. Semi-dry, nicely carbonated, full to medium bodied. Apple juice and some notes of raspberry in the flavor. Medium length finish. Refreshing, but a bit one dimensional.

Bottle, 375ml. A clear, lightly oily cider, still and headless. Deep golden in color, with a reddish hue. The aroma has some alcohol, but it's mostly super rich apple juice. Some apple cores and apple peel, with a hint of caramelized apple and apple pie. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, rather sweet, yet with some fruity sweetness. Not much carbonation to talk about. Super concentrated apple juice, hints of dried fruit, apple pie and caramelized apple in the flavor. Some apple jam and alcohol. Pushing towards honey flavors actually. Lasting finish with a good blend of concentrated sweetness and acidity, complex flavors. Really nice this one, even though it's perhaps a bit heavy on the acidity on the palate. 241222

Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, concentrated apple juice, dried apples, herbs, apple peel, flowers. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, dried apples, concentrated apple juice, flowers, apple peel, sour apple winegum. Sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Fra flaske på Gladmatfestivalen juni-24: klar strågylden med med kort bruseskum. Tørr og ren eplesmak, men uten særlig dybde.

33cl can bought at the source. Pours pale straw coloured without any head to speak of. Strange yeasty unpleasant almost rotten smell, but flavour was cleaner and more pleasant. Mild, medium sweet and some acidity. Okay as long as you don't smell it

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple peel, dried apples, yeast, flowers, alcohol, dusty apples, leafs, apple winegum, hops. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sorrel, flowers, citrus, alcohol, leafs, apple peel, apple winegum, hops. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, far from the best hoppy cider I've had.
