Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear reddish orange body practically without any head. Aroma is rather clean apple, not particular acidic nor funky as expected from spontaneously fermented cider. Taste is medium sweet, mature apple, moderate acidic. Not very complex, but still really nice. Medium body and average aftertaste.

Small fizzy mediumlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, raspberry syrup, fruit stones, minerals, alcohol, grass, berry skin, sour raspberries, hints of dusty pears and apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, hay, fruit stones, minerals, sour raspberries, alcohol, leafs, grass, hints of unripe pears. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Lys gul med bobler. Lukter gule epler og noe gjær. Ganske syrlig i smak. Kanskje litt for syrlig. Tørr. Glass 2 er bedre🙃

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, sparkling, headless cider, straw to golden in color. The aroma is rather gentle, almost perry-like, but there's sure apple juice too. Some light leafy, grassy hints too. It's medium bodied and perhaps a bit hard on the carbonation, quite dry and refreshing, with an apple juice driven flavor. Pear and plum notes, with some grass. A bit more fruity-sweet in the finish, but still on the dry side. Well, it's quite low on ABV, which never seems to do any good, but it's a decent cider anyway. 230404

Can. It's almost clear in the glass, pale straw in color, with some bubbles around the rim. Quite sulphury aroma, with pear and yellow apple, grass and some yeasty cellar-ish hints. It's medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, quite dry, yet with a touch of fruity sweetness. Sour apple, hints of pear and grass, some sulphur and yeast and even more sour apple in the flavor. Long finish. Yet another low alcohol cider proving this type of cider should be at 6% ABV or more. Decent though. 220806
