So the description is spot on, but it is just slightly disappointing . Needs more roundness, the cinnamon and cacao end up slightly sharp without a balance. Reminiscent of horchata, but slightly off

This is a really smart and unique beer, very creamy, definite red ale, but picks up on those notes with some custard and cinnamon. Definitely flan-like

Can. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and light malt aroma. Grapefruit and spice flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and spice linger with light malt.
