Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 2 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with slight astringency, pale grains, husk, grass, straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. So so balance to finish, more husky grains, bitter dirty hay. OK.
