Bottle looks really gopd. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, modest grasy. A bit moldy but not too much. Well balanced finish, mild hoppy-grasy. Nice!

Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - dark amber pour with off-white head. Sweet and bready malty aroma and taste with prominent chocolate, caramel, some peppery type spices in there as well, finishes sweet. Not sure on this one.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with an irregular off-white head that recedes very quickly into a thin layer. Good lacing. The aroma is herbal, Mediterranean spices, sage, rosemary, basil, parsley. Some spruce sap. Flowery, and a bit malty. Borderline medicinal or hospital, unfortunately rather on the wrong side of the border. The taste is on the sweet side, subdued bitterness, more from the herbs and sap than hops. Long sweet finish.Odd, not bad per se, but certainly not an IPA.
