50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma has nuts , some caramelly malt and toasted sugar. Flavour has menthol, some roasted notes, harsh malt and bready tones. Average dunkel, not sure what the spice here is. Perhaps there are some peppery ones though in the flavour palette.

Clear golden, airy white head. Peachy hop aroma. Flavour has hoppy bitterness, caramel and herbal notes - could be the rosemary...

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clean, beautiful reddish/purpleish with a lacing, off-white head. Sweet, nutty aroma - burned caramel. Rich, malty body, again plenty of burned caramel and syrup. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Basically a good and solid Dunkler Bock. 030615
