Bottle. A very lightly hazy deep golden colored beer with a small, dense off-white head. The aroma is quite malty, with a light fruityness. Bread, caramel, some diacetyl, pine cones, grass, peppery notes and some dusty malts. It's medium to full-bodied and nicely, although a bit heavily, carbonated, semi-dry and with a light bitterness. The flavor has a backdrop of bread and pale malts, with caramel and some diacetyl hint, with piney, resiny and grassy hops up front. Rather sweet swallow. Although not unheard of in a Czech pilsner, I'd prefer the beer without diacetyl, even though it's a low levels. Besides that, it's a decent brew indeed. 230111

Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of honey, grains, straw, some lemon peel and a touch of apricot, followed by a short ,gently bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid one, a bit softer than expected.

500 ml bottle, from SuperBrugsen Byrum, Læsø. ABV is 5.0%. Brewed with juice of quince and apples. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of floral and herbal hops, quince and apples. Soft mouthfeel. Smooth flavour, moderately sweet malts and otherwise the same elements as in the aroma. A little more bittering hops would not hurt, but the beer is nice and refreshing as it is.
