dark brown color. Deep roasted malt and cocoa character. Fairly sweet,
Coffee, licorice.
Molasses. Full body. Fairly sweet. But not balanced. Boring.

turbid golden color. The nose just lacks much character. Palate is juicy but boring. Some Orange juice. Too heavy. Meh

Pale straw yellow with a white head. Spicy upfront with light floral notes. A little citrus pops up as it goes but very light. Finish has a nice zesty snap to it. Very enjoyable.

Inkhorn Hawkling Imperial Stout 10% Deep murky brown-black with virtually no foam beyond some soapy tan bubbles. Roasty sweet chocolate malt aroma. Full bodied and smooth with a bit of boozy heat and kind of thin finish. Chocolate covered raisins with roast and slightly nutty notes. Some spice in the aftertaste. Alright.

Inkhorn Baby Raptor Hazy IPA I‘ve gotta say this looks like picture perfect haze with an opaque orange-gold color and thick fluffy off-white foam. The aroma is a mouthwatering mango and citrus juiciness with underlying herbaceous hops. Quite full bodied with a creamy smooth mouthfeel which is actually what I like in a hazy beer. The taste is sweet tropical juice with a bit of a hop bite in the finish. Soft texture and balanced flavor. Not as in your face hop juice flavor wise but this is damn good in my book.
Lilt! Lots of tropical flavours and nice tartness but a weird maltiness hiding and slightly stinking things up. Unlike the lager, at least there’s something for it to initially hide behind.
Not much lager, or wheat really. It’s alright, but I was expecting something a bit more distinctive.

Slight onion funkiness, is that chinook? I can’t remember. Nice stuff, lots of hops. Good’un

Tap at the brewpub. Lemony, zesty hop nose. Crisp and lemony, light bready malt, touch of honey in the finish. Nicely done.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear and bright gold. Lemony hops, crisp nose. Quite hops, herbal, lemony, just a touch of DMS needs to be sorted out. Crisp body is good.
